Neo-Nazi Known As 'Handsome Truth' Gets 30 Days For Littering

A South Florida top prosecutor has a message for people committing antisemitic activities.

"Let all the hate mongers, all the antisemites all the Neo-Nazis be forewarned that Palm Beach County has zero tolerance for hate."

State Attorney Dave Aronberg touts the conviction of Jon Minadeo, a high profile white supremacist who was caught with some other men throwing hateful flyers onto the front yards of homes in West Palm Beach earlier this year.

"We will not be intimidated by antisemitism. We will push back strongly and we will continue to do what we did in this case."

Minadeo is spending a month in jail for littering, a misdemeanor. The 40-year old is the founder of a Neo-Nazi group called the 'Goyim Defense League' and goes by the social media name 'Handsome Truth.'

"They're not part of our community, except to do harm in our community. Although, one of them...the leader of the group...will now be a resident of our community for the next 30 days."

Aronberg says a new state law, the 'Public Nuisances' law, means the same acts that Minadeo and others were caught doing can lead to third degree felony charges.

Two other men arrested with Minadeo have pleaded guilty and each got 12 months probation.
