It was a violent holiday weekend in Fort Pierce.

Police are investigating three separate shootings including one on Memorial Day Monday in which an argument at a home resulted in three men, ages 23, 24 and 37, being struck by gunfire though suffering non-life threatening injuries.

Five people were injured in a shooting on Saturday and nobody was hurt in one on Sunday, where two people were arrested.

Pastor Terry Ingram tells CBS 12 News that residents should find some time to go to church.

"So it's frustrating that people won't take advantage of what God is offering."

This weekend's violence and a shooting on May 18th makes four in less than 10 week's time.

A man believed to have been behind several shootings and a stolen vehicle was killed in a gunfight with police.
