The Florida law banning minors from being prescribed puberty blockers and hormonal treatments is being enforced again this morning after a federal appeals court's decision. Governor Ron DeSantis applauding the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling blocking a lower court order against the ban while the case is appealed. The law also bans transgender surgery for minors and requires transgender adults to receive treatment only from a doctor.
