After a nearly three month search, Pembroke Park police announce an arrest in the deliberate hit of a woman while she walked outside a gas station.
Prosecutors say the evidence against Kristopher Roman is clear.
They have witness statements, video of the incident and the victim's injuries.
The 29-year-old is charged with attempted felony murder.
The defense tried to argue the charges were too severe.
The judge disagreed and is holding Roman without bond.
He's also not allowed to have contact with the victim. He cannot have no weapons and cannot drive.
The victim was critically hurt, but she has since been released from the hospital and is recovering.
She apparently doesn't know Roman.
