A scary drug was found for sale in Martin County.

18-year old Ezekiel Garza was arrested for possession and sale of MDMA, better known as "Molly," but it's disguised to look like kiddie vitamins.

"It's not like it used to be when I was younger. This is not that. This is something that looks like vitamins that you're taking and you can maybe get high or you can maybe get dead if you get a laced pill. So you've got to be extremely careful."

Sheriff John Budensiek tells CBS 12 News that he's very concerned that the drugs could be laced with the deadly Fentanyl and the fact that Garza dropped out of Jensen Beach High School.

He wants to know if the drugs have been dispersed throughout much of the student body. Parents are asked to reach out if they notice anything different about their children's behavior.
