Miami Commissioners voted unanimously to hold a special election June 3rd to fill the seat of the late Commissioner Manolo Reyes, covered today with memorial flowers. The qualifying period will ru from April 21st to April 25th. The special election is expected to cost some 380-thousand-dollars. Early voting will run from Friday, May 30th to Sunday, June 1st. The winner will serve out the remainder of Reyes’ term, which ends in 2027.
