A Palm Beach County man gets a more than four year sentence for defrauding the IRS to the tune of over $20 million in taxes.

The Department of Justice says Matthew Brown was sentenced to 50 months in prison.

The owner of Elite Payroll in Palm Beach Gardens, which provided payroll services to small businesses in the area, spent the money on luxury items, including 27 Ferraris.

He collected income tax and Social Security money withheld from his clients' paychecks and instead of turning it in to the IRS, he kept it and filed false tax returns.

In addition to the cars, the DOJ says Brown used the money on homes, a sport yacht and a plane.
