Miami Commissioners expected to take a final vote on whether or not the magic city will continue paying the legal bills for Joe Carollo's lawsuit with two Little Havana business owners. Commissioner Miguel Gabela says the city has shelled out almost thirty million in Carollo's defense against the owners of the Ball and Chain accusing him of trying to destroy their restaurant for political retaliation. Gabela says commissioners need to a spending limit. Critics worry this will scare other elected officials from acting without guaranteed protections.
