The brother of the man accused of shooting two Miami police officers finds himself behind bars.
Jail records show Alan Triana is charged with felony harassment of a witness, attempted tampering with physical evidence, possession of armor piercing ammunition, improper exhibition of a weapon and resisting an officer without violence.
Police say Triana returned to the scene of the crime after he and his 27-year-old brother, Mason, were allegedly in a fight.
That led to cops responding to a call about gunfire in the area.
Mason Triana was found dead in a home after an hours long standoff that included an exchange of gunfire with officers after Mason was accused of shooting two veteran officers - one in the knee and another in the ankle.
They both remained hospitalized this morning.
