The city of Miami officially has a new City Manager. The commission voting 4-to-1 to approve Mayor Eileen Higgins' pick---James Reyes. Reyes is expected to make 475-thousand-dollars a year, that's about 50 thousand less than his predecessor Art Noriega. It's also a 35-percent increase from his current job as Public Safety Chief in Miami-Dade. He promises residents he will run an efficient Miami with better services for all residents.
