Alligator Alcatraz is reportedly shutting down its doors for good next month. Immigration advocate Guadalupe De la Cruz says this won't stop the lawsuits against the facility. The New York Times says the Everglades facility is too expensive to run, costing taxpayers a million-dollars-a-day to operate. ICE says there are 14-hundred detainees at the temporary holding site. No word yet on where they will be placed.
