Epstein Disclosure? – Top 3 Takeaways – February 28th, 2025
- Was yesterday really the day? Ufologists have long waited for disclosure. Disclosure of what they feel has been a massive government coverup of the knowledge of extraterrestrial life since the July 10th, 1947 incident in Roswell, New Mexico. Closer to home, and for what only feels like a bit more recently, hundreds of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims have been waiting for a different kind of disclosure. The disclosure of whom among Epstein’s powerful and high-profile friends participated in his multi-decade ring of rape and abuse of middle and high school aged girls. Dating back to the highly questionable 2006 Grand Jury investigation in Palm Beach County (which led to a single charge against Epstein who was released on $3,000 bond) and the infamous government coverup/plea deal delivered to Epstein in 2008 that led to his absurd “work release” program that literally allowed for him to continue his abuse on the side. And just as ufologists have had their hopes for disclosure dashed time and again by things like The Roswell Report, Project Blue Book, and more recently congressional hearings... The same has been true for not only Epstein’s victims – who've been denied justice to this day...but also for hundreds of millions, or perhaps even billions, of people around the world who want to know who among Epstein's elite company was participating. The bottom line was and still is that there are likely dozens of men who are among the most rich and powerful in the world, who – instead of ruling over people and influencing our societies, should instead be rotting in jail cells around the world. We’d had two head fakes on the Epstein case in just a little over a year. It was in January of last year that thousands of pages of court documents were made public after a U.S. judge ordered the release following a successful lawsuit brought by one of the Epstein victims, Virginia Giuffre. Did we learn things? Sure. Among them... David Copperfield's magic tricks. Bill Clinton liking them young. Stephen Hawking’s “underage orgy”. These were all references made in the docs that dropped last January from the unsealed court documents naming names and associates of Jeffrey Epstein and company. In total Bill Clinton was referenced 73 times during that “disclosure” with the context including everything from the benign to the instantly infamous quote from Jeffrey Epstein that Bill Clinton “likes them young”. There was Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew’s name came up a total of 76 times and in terms of his context – well, the 2001 picture of him with an underage victim of Epstein & Co. in Maxwell’s London home has long spoken for itself...along with the $16 million settlement he reached with said victim just three years ago. It was notable that Bill Clinton’s name came up only three fewer times than a royal who’s settled over the matter and, at times in a salacious context.
- What wasn’t in the docs was anything potentially proving guilt or innocence... However, there was one particularly helpful distinction in that doc drop. Those who were acquaintances before Epstein’s Palm Beach County conviction, and those who remained acquaintances after he pled guilty to paying a 14-year-old girl for sex in Palm Beach. For example, not only had Donald Trump disassociated with Jeffrey Epstein prior to Epstein’s conviction (and was only named once in the doc drop and in the reference of visiting him at a casino – nothing to do with girls). He'd previously banned him from Mar-a-Lago as well. Bill Clinton also didn’t have anything to do with Epstein after his conviction. Bill Gates, for example, did however and his name didn’t come up in the doc drop at all (though some wonder if his name was among those redacted). And that’s part of the broader point here. The document didn’t prove anything new. The most recent disclosure that turned out to be more of a head fake came last summer following a Florida law designed to mandate the release of the 2006 Palm Beach County grand jury investigation. What did we learn for the 150-page document release? Only that the prosecutors knew definitely that Epstein had been abusing girls from this community at his house at Palm Beach before plea deal was cut. So, there was that. But otherwise, over the past year we’d learned more about the other terror, P Diddy, operating a similar but slightly different scheme that dates back to before Epstein was even on the scene. So, was yesterday finally the day that we had disclosure, as AG Pam Bondi indicated that it would be? Was this the big one?
- No...it was not the big one but instead what we’re told is “phase 1”. That’s according to AG Pam Bondi who said that phase 1 “disclosure” contains rolodex names and people who boarded Epstein’s plane. Interesting? Perhaps. Although there’s also no indication that its necessarily new information compared to what we’ve previously received from the other theoretical disclosures. Also, importantly, names on a plane don’t inherently prove anything. So, phase 1 is not an actionable thing. But interestingly what is, is what AG Pam Bondi sent to FBI Director Kash Patel on Thursday. A letter accusing federal authorities in New York of withholding thousands of pages of the Epstein Files that contain the real stuff that she’s pledged to make public. In the words of Bondi... I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents. Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein. So that’s fun. It’s more of the same. Just like the nearly 78-year-old Roswell game. But Bondi also added this... By 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 28, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained. There will be no withholdings or limitations to my or your access. Well, she sounds determined... But what are the odds that we have real disclosure on Roswell, Epstein or Diddy? Because here’s the next particularly critical key. If we get real disclosure, there will likely also need to be high profile prosecutions led by Bondi’s office pursued immediately. That’s the most complicated piece and the longer she’s delayed from having all of the evidence in the case...the longer the delay to put charges together to keep the high-profile predatory monsters at bay. As in behind bars. I’ve known Pam Bondi’s work for a long time, and I know she’ll not give up. For that reason, there’s at least a real chance something comes of this...but I’m not placing my bets just yet.
