Illegal Immigrant Narrative Busting & The Left’s Out to Lunch

Illegal Immigrant Narrative Busting & The Left’s Out to Lunch – Top 3 Takeaways – March 19th, 2025

Takeaway #1: Illegal Immigrant Narrative Busting

On Monday, in a federal court room in South Florida, we had the latest example of several leftist narratives busting once again. An illegal immigrant pled guilty in the Southern District of Florida, to four federal charges including identity theft and using a legal citizen’s identity to vote in two federal elections. The 36-year-old man, and father of two daughters, also attempted to obtain U.S. passports using the stolen identity – he now faces up to 22 years in prison. The narratives that are once again busted by this example include... 1) That illegal immigrants are just warm and fluffy “undocumented migrants” who are less likely to commit crimes than Americans (you know aside from the fact that their very existence in this country is a crime). 2) That illegal immigrants who have children inside the United States are especially warm and fluffy and should remain here and their children considered to be American citizens. 3) That voter fraud isn’t a problem 4) That illegal immigrants don’t vote in our elections. Now the fact of the matter, as I’ve extensively detailed, is that your average illegal immigrant is greater than 9-times more likely to break the law once in this country than the average American citizen (a big surprise given that their first act in this country was to break the law, right?). The average illegal immigrant has been responsible for over a third of all federal crime over the past year including these apparently warm and fluffy crimes: drug trafficking, firearms, fraud, immigration/human trafficking, robbery, child pornography and sexual abuse. The cost of facilitating illegal immigration, including paying for the education for children, came to $1,352 per federal taxpayer last year. There have been 569 criminal convictions for voter fraud over the past decade – 55 of those have taken place in Florida. With Monday’s admission of guilt, we’ve now have 86 criminal convictions for illegal immigrants committing voter fraud over the past twenty years. And what’s always important to remember with all of these stats, with all of these facts, is that these are only the ones we know about – it doesn’t account for the people who have gotten away with crimes or in jurisdictions that have chosen through sanctuary policies to not prosecute the crimes. What’s also instructive is that the man in question lived in Florida, stole identities while in Florida, and voted in multiple elections in Florida. Our state has the strongest policies to combat illegal immigration and to secure our elections in the country. And yet it still happened for years until he finally was caught. And even then, it appears that the only reason he was caught was due his attempt to use stolen identities to obtain passports. Even in a state as vigilant as Florida people like this still persist within it. Now what do you think really happens in states that are blue? And the point, beyond the narrative busting is this... If the premise of anything is false anything built on that premise is false, too.

Takeaway #2: There’s no such thing as an acceptable illegal immigrant

There’s abundant evidence that illegal immigrants are exponentially more likely to commit additional crimes making everyone less safe...just as there’s abundant evidence that they’re much more likely to access and thus abuse government assistance programs, starting with affordable housing, than the average American. And that even if you have the strongest laws in the country, you will still have people who will stay here and abuse them. It’s time for what may be the biggest narrative of them all to be busted. That it’s ok for people who lack legal status to stay. Nothing I’ve shared with you, nothing I’ve covered over the years suggests that’s ok. Nothing in our country’s laws, or that of our state does either. Law enforcement literally means enforcing the laws. And the task isn’t to just enforce laws certain agencies like. Not doing immigration raids is reasonable. That is the job of ICE. However, making illegal immigrants feel comfortable about breaking the law (until they commit at least their 5th federal offense as was the case in today’s example) is not the acceptable thing to do. That’s gone on for far too long in South Florida.

Takeaway #3: The right side of history

How absurd has stuff but really just the Left become in our society? So absurd that the one of the Democrat’s main PACs Democracy Forward and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit seeking to keep Tren de Aragua gang members inside the United States as opposed to deporting them. So absurd that an Obama appointed judge sought to stop the deportations by issuing an initial ruling in favor of the lawsuit. So absurd that the Left now literally legally fights harder for a terrorist organization, than they do for Americans. Also, so absurd that over 90% of Americans aren’t with them. Yesterday, Sinclair Media posed this poll: Do you agree with the Trump administration's policy to deport violent Venezuelan gang members? With over 25,000 people responding 94% of people said yes – that they support the Trump administration's policy to deport violent Venezuelan gang members. This means the Left now stands with about 6%. It was just yesterday we were talking about how the Democrat Party had record low favorability but even then, it was shown at 29% in the CNN poll and 27% in the NBC poll. What the Left’s actions continue to show is that the Democrat Party belongs in the toilet bowl. Just when you think they can’t become more radical they do. And their radicalism isn’t just the politically unpopular thing to do. It’s an evil thing they’re trying to do. Apparently, it isn’t bad enough that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party created the illegal immigration crisis with terrorists like Tren de Aragua gang flooding in and killing Americans. No, now they fight to attempt to keep the terrorists they allowed in to stay in. And no, there’s no B.S. argument about whether the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 is appropriate to use or not because it’s a moot point. Terrorists aren’t entitled to our constitutional rights. And on that note, yes, John Roberts and whoever else, for a judge who would rule that way – that terrorists are entitled to our constitutional rights – that is and should be an impeachable offense.
