Illegal Immigration Situations & The Democrat Party is Crazy

Illegal Immigration Situations & The Democrat Party is Crazy – Top 3 Takeaways – March 25th, 2025

Takeaway #1: A Big deal in the making

On Monday there were two big deals pertaining to illegal immigration being teed up. The first involved the D.C. Court of Appeal holding a hearing to determine whether federal district court Judge James Boasberg – an Obama appointee - overreached when he ordered Tren de Aragua terrorists in the process of being deported to be brought back to the US (along with an order blocking future deportations under the Alien Enemies Act). Two of the three judges on the panel holding the hearing were GOP appointees – Judge Karen Henderson appointed George H.W. Bush and Judge Justin Walker appointed by Donald Trump during his first term. This panel, which politically should be more favorable than the lower ranking liberal district court judge, is an important test of what team Trump will be allowed to do as they seek to ramp up deportations of not just terrorist illegal immigrants but eventually all illegal immigrants...which takes us to the next important deal in the making on Monday. ICE is working on a deal with the IRS for access to records of illegal immigrants. To date the DHS under the Trump administration has requested the tax records of over 700,000 illegal immigrants. They’ve been stonewalled. Now, one may wonder how it is that there are IRS tax records for illegal immigrants in the first place, which in many respects is the ultimate illustration of just how lax enforcement of our country's immigration laws has been. In total it’s estimated that the IRS has over 5 million tax records for illegal immigrants. Five million! For perspective that’s a number that’s larger than the population of most states! Imagine for a moment that the entire population of Alabama consisted of nothing but illegal immigrants who had tax records with the IRS. That’s the size and scale of this type of institutionalized abuse of our laws and our system by illegal immigrants. Anyway – the DHS is seeking to obtain that information for multiple reasons. One to enforce our laws inside this country and two because it can aid in speeding up deportations for these law breakers outside of our country. The IRS has names, addresses and workplaces for those 5+ million illegal immigrants. Obtaining that information is an extremely efficient way to enforce the law on a scale that’s larger than the population of 26 states. Monday’s two deals in the making are both huge deals for our country pertaining to illegal immigration. Stand by for news.

Takeaway #2: Mental Health Issues

Sure, I still will occasionally have fun referencing the pandemic era’s six masked hermit (identified by Governor DeSantis) who still caught covid. No, related metal health issues with wide swaths of people are not so funny. It was five years ago this week that everything changed in what briefly became the not-so-free state of Florida. Five years ago, this week schools were shut down and all students were sent into the loosely patched together remote learning model. A week from today, it will have been five years since Governor DeSantis ordered the rest of Florida’s lockdowns – which within weeks he came to regret and took down. That leads me to this question for today. When was it that the pandemic ended? In your mind when did the pandemic come to a close? This isn’t a trick question. When, in your mind, to the pandemic come to a close? To me it was about the time we saw what a load we’d be sold by the Fauch in company in the summer of 2021. For some people it may have even been in 2020. According to the WHO, which many consider to be the official declaration, it ended May 5th of 2023. Now, do you want to know the most disturbing thing? At least it is for me... According to Gallup over 40% of adults in country apparently think that we never returned to normalcy. No kidding. Gallup’s survey work five years after the onset of the impact of the pandemic found that only 47% of Americans say their life is completely normal again, while 13% think that eventually their life will return to pre-pandemic normalcy (and if that hasn’t happened by now when exactly would that be?) with 40% saying there’s never going to be a prepandemic normal for them again. This is apparently how many people had their brain broken during the pandemic. 40+%! This helps explain how Kamala Harris got 48% of the vote.

Takeaway #3: Democrats are crazy. Literally.

It’s a crazy thing that five years later 40% of Americans say that the pandemic never really ended. And yes, the mental sickness, as you’d expect, is a political thing. What percentage of Democrats, right now, are worried about catching COVID-19? 78%. Now look, I don’t want to get sick no matter what it is, but am I walking around worrying about? Are you? Heck no. Democrats over are five times more likely to be very worried about catching COVID-19 than Republicans. Are Democrats five times more susceptible to catching COVID than Republicans? Of course not, but mentally... So, here’s the thing. This is perhaps the best illustration of the disconnect regarding any number of issues in society. And the bigger problem is trying to find a remedy. We live in a country where over three quarters of adults who identify with a major political party think that a pandemic that was even declared over by the World Health Organization nearly two years ago to have ended – never did and they walk around worried about catching the virus as part of the regular course of their day... yet most also support open borders and letting basically anyone into this country. It almost makes sense...doesn’t it? Yeah, not exactly. Mental health illnesses aren’t funny and what data now suggests is that effectively the Democrat Party itself is a mental disease – which, when you consider that prospect, does explain many things... I used to joke that many Democrats are nuts. It’s not so funny to think that it’s more than just whack job politics, but rather an actual mental health illness – which just to be clear – is what this is. Anyone walking around in our society today thinking that the pandemic never ended is mentally ill – meaning that less than a quarter of those in the Democrat Party aren’t mentally ill. Any questions?
