And while it’s been well known that there many dead Americans due to the horrific crimes committed by illegal immigrants allowed into the United States because of Biden’s open border policies – now we know that there are three more dead Floridians because Joe Biden was President of the United States. On Tuesday’s show in breaking down what we knew about Harjinder Singh, the illegal alien granted a CDL by the state of California who made an unauthorized U-turn with his tractor-trailer on the Florida Turnpike near Fort Pierce causing a fatal crash killing three Floridians... I mentioned this: California Governor Gavin Newsom is claiming that the driver was issued an EAD, or an Employment Authorization Document, by the federal government – which was then used as the basis for the issuance of the CDL. When making that statement Newsom and his team blamed the Trump administration because he came over in 2018. However, what we know about that is that Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigators said Singh was processed for expedited removal shortly after entering the country in 2018, but was released on a $5,000 immigration bond after claiming fear of returning to his home country (India) by an immigration judge. We also know Singh’s final application for permanent asylum status hadn’t been resolved as of this crash. So, what we know is that the Trump administration caught Singh almost immediately in 2018 – scheduled him for deportation that was blocked by a left-wing judge. But then is it true that the Trump administration turned around and granted him lawful status for work authorization in the United States sufficient to be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license? Takeaway #2: Blame Biden
What we’ve now learned is that “The Hair” Gavin Newsom was half correct. It turns out that our scam artist illegal immigrant killer from India, Singh, applied for work authorization under the first Trump administration but that the application was rejected. However, after Joe Biden became President of the United States – our scam artist illegal immigrant killer from India applied again and on June 9th of 2021 – only months into Joe’s show – the application was approved. That was what was then used in the state of California to obtain the CDL. So, Gavin Newsom and his team of incompetent whackados publicly blamed Donald Trump for what it was that Biden’s administration decided to do. In the words of team Newsom in addressing this they said: As usual, the Trump Administration is either lying or clueless. No, actually that’s a statement about you. The bottom line is that there isn’t more than team Trump could have done to attempt to prevent this killing of Floridians from having happened. First by immediately detaining the criminal illegal immigrant. Then by attempting to immediately deport the criminal illegal immigrant. Then by rejecting the attempt to gain work authorization. But every step of the way leftist anti-American interests got in the way. And that’s why yet again – it's appropriate to blame Biden. But more importantly to learn from his lessons and never elect anyone who would govern like him again. And clearly that means Gavin Newsom and his flammable hair should be nowhere near the Oval Office again (you know the time he pretended to be President when Joe Biden was away). And related...
Takeaway #3: More Illegals in Florida Killing Things
Yesterday we learned that over the weekend four illegal immigrants (and one person legally in the country) in Okeechobee County had been illegally trapping and killing alligators using steel set lines and a gun. The FWC picked up on the scene, catching the illegal immigrants in action. In addition to stopping their illegal catch and kill operation, they found a dead gator in the pickup truck that they were driving. All five suspects were charged with multiple crimes, with four ICE detainers issued for the illegal immigrants as well. Every day, and in many ways, we continue to see illegal immigrants impacting our communities. Meanwhile, there’s Boston where yesterday the mayor of the Sanctuary City Michelle Wu held a public presser and spectacle to say that they wouldn’t cooperate with ICE and the DOJ. Wu’s festivities included a Mariachi Band (no word about their legal status). It wasn’t a coincidence that Wu defied sanity and the law yesterday. It was the deadline that AG Pam Bondi gave to Wu – to comply with the rules. After yesterday’s public stunt and defiance – if Bondi’s to have any credibility – she'd better have a plan in place to do something. Accountability for these lawless officials is desperately needed, or else lawlessness will exacerbate, and ICE will only find it harder to operate.
