Unprecedented Peace in The Middle East & President Trump Is a Historic Uniter
Takeaway #1: Unprecedented Peace
What we’re witnessing is truly unprecedented. What you’ve been witnessing is history. Yesterday was a day that I personally never thought would happen. I never thought that Hamas would surrender and release the remaining twenty hostages alive. More than that, as President Trump signed the peace accord in Egypt ratifying the Israeli-Hamas peace deal yesterday, the prospect of middle east peace is something I’ve regularly prayed for but never expected to see in my lifetime. Consider, that in Egypt yesterday leaders of all these countries came together in the name of peace: Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. Who else in the world could have united so many varied countries? Yesterday was truly a historic day and what we have today is truly a historic peace. Now, when I started by saying I never thought this would happen... I should say...up until June 22nd. The theme of my top three takeaways on June 23rd was this: President Trump Dropped the MOPs & The World Is on the Brink of Unprecedented Peace. As I mentioned that day... The President decided to break out The Gap Band’s greatest hit on Iran. Now, on the one hand, it might sound odd to start off with a message of unprecedented peace as war has been raging for years in Ukraine with Russia and the U.S. has now officially entered the Israel-Iran war having successfully deployed the most destructive non-nuclear bombs on the planet. But based on the precision of the attack, the limited nature of the attack, and the perceived success of the attack – that's exactly what we’re seeing. It’s quite clear that the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism, Iran – has been neutered. As President Trump said: Iran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated. For decades, U.S. Presidents and leaders from around the world have said “Iran can never have a nuclear weapon”. But all along Iran played games to continue to develop nuclear weapons. In a matter of minutes, with the deployment of MOP bombs, that all ended. There is no doubt that the world is a safer place today because Iran’s nuclear program is done and because...
Takeaway #2: Donald Trump is president of the United States
During the Biden administration I’d regularly say that everyday Joe Biden was president of the United States the world was less safe. Every day that Donald Trump is president of the United States the world is proving to be a safer place. On Monday in an interview with Fox News, President Trump had this to say about the ability to reach yesterday’s peace agreement: I think it really started when we took out the nuclear capability of Iran. When you look at what they had, you couldn't have made this deal with someone sitting over there with a nuclear weapon over your head. My instincts and analysis weren’t wrong. I finished my takeaways on June 23rd by saying... All of it points towards the potential for unprecedented peace. Here we are. Just as Truman dropping the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, ended World War II, dropping the MOPs and destroying Iran’s nuclear capabilities became the key to middle east peace. As the world’s largest state sponsor of terror, it’s unlikely that Hamas would have agreed to peace and to go away from governance if Iran were still backing them with nuclear capabilities. What President Trump has done in a matter of months isn’t just brokering eight different peace deals with sixteen different countries. President Trump has prevented World War III while simultaneously bringing peace to the middle east. Which btw, here at home demonstrates that it is in fact...
Takeaway #3: Democrats who are divisive and petty
President Trump has proven himself to be one of the greatest unifiers in human history. Yet TDS-riddled Democrats from your city council to Washington D.C. say that he’s as divisive as can be. They say he’s a divider; they stand in opposition to him in every way they can...including through the partial government shutdown which has now been going on for two full weeks. Which illustrates two points. First, 34% of the federal government has been shut down for two weeks. Has anything in your life actually changed? That’s one. Clearly, it’s time to dismantle and permanently disband the federal government bloat. Two, it’s now crystal clear for the entire world to see the true identity of a divisive, hate-filled and dangerous party in this country. And how petty do those elected miscreants look today as they’ve conspired against Trump since the beginning having impeached him twice and have been entirely responsible for the partial government shutdown of the past two weeks. Today, on Charlie Kirk Day, Congress is back in session. Will there be any additional Democrats in the Senate who will break with their divisive, hate-filled and dangerous party to do what should have been easy to do? Or will TDS continue to win the day despite President Trump’s historic unifying and peace taking place?
