Record Deportations & Democrats Desire Anarchy - Top 3 Takeaways

Record Deportations & Congressional Democrats Desire Anarchy - Top 3 Takeaways January 30th, 2026

Takeaway #1: The 3-million-man march

It turns out that the first year of the Trump administration's mass deportation operation was more successful than even DHS knew. On January 20th, marking the one-year anniversary of President Trump’s second term, the Department of Homeland Security produced a press release talking of the administration's first year success. It read like this: Under the United States Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s leadership this past year, DHS has been hard at work restoring the rule of law, delivering the most secure border ever, removing dangerous criminal illegal aliens, creating safer communities, and making America safe for generations to come. And while those words, without supporting facts, could sound like a little more than propaganda, the bottom line is that the underlying facts illustrate that they’re true. It’s a fact that the southern border is more secure than it’s ever been with a record low number of illegal aliens crossing it over the past year. It’s a fact that 70% of ICE’s detentions and deportations have been of criminal illegal immigrants (with the remaining 30% that have been swept up while in proximity to the criminal illegal immigrants – meaning that it’s likely many of them were criminal illegal immigrants too that just hadn’t been caught and prosecuted yet). It’s a fact that having hundreds of thousands fewer criminal illegal immigrants on our streets has created safer communities too – illustrated by the double-digit decreases in both violent and property crimes. But there was one note that DHS listed in the press release that wasn’t true. The release said: In President Trump’s first year back in office, nearly 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S. because of the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration, including an estimated 2.2 million self-deportations and more than 675,000 deportations. As we came to learn this week from the Census Bureau – that wasn’t true. No, the total number of deportations wasn’t 2.875 million warm and fuzzy Magic A-word people, or nearly 3-million as the release said... According to the Census Bureau it was three million.

Takeaway #2: It turns out DHS was being overly conservative in their estimation.

President Trump promised the largest deportation operation in American history and in his first year that’s exactly what we got. And that’s not all of what we learned from the Census Bureau's findings. Stripping out illegal aliens from population growth... The U.S. population grew at exactly half of the rate it had been growing. So, to put this fully into perspective it’s like this. During the four years of the Biden administration, exactly half of the growth of the U.S. population were illegal immigrants. Half! Can you imagine if that were allowed to stand what kind of country this would be? A country where half of the population eventually wouldn’t have even entered legally? It’s yet another indication of just how truly pivotal the 2024 Presidential election was for the future of this country. It’s also why the Marxist anarchists on the Left – which now seemingly extends to the mainstream elected Democrats in Washington D.C., are doing absolutely everything they can do to attempt to defame ICE, paint them in a bad light, and demand the ouster of Kristi Noem as director of Homeland Security. She’s instantly proven to be the most successful Homeland Security director we’ve ever had. And that’s really what elected Democrats in Washington D.C. are seeking to leverage Alex Pretti’s death into being. The end of ICE’s incredible success in detaining and deporting criminal illegal immigrants and Noem’s incredibly successful campaign of leveraging ICE’s operations into self-deportations. When you have 4.4 illegal immigrants self-deporting for every one illegal immigrant you’re detaining and deporting what you’re doing is working. What’s more is that it’s saving you and me serious money. Aside from the time and hassle of physical deportations, every deportation costs us as taxpayers $17,000 to complete. That means that the year one self-deportations saved us $39.5 billion to complete! The savings was more than the entire ICE operating budget in the first year. It’s a truly remarkable thing and it’s also why as a funding deadline looms today with Democrats seeking to sink the current way the Department of Homeland Security is operating but that’s...

Takeaway #3: Not an option

On Thursday President Trump came to an agreement with Senate Democrats (again) on a final government funding package that they’d previously negotiated with Republicans but backed out of after last Saturday’s ICE killing of armed insurrectionist Alex Pretti they’ve backed out. The senate is to break five remaining non-DHS funding bills from DHS, which Democrats yet again say they’ll approve, allowing with a two-week continuing resolution for the Department of Homeland Security while that funding package is debated. Notably, despite the deal and promised Senate votes there will still be a scaled down partial government shutdown this weekend as the soonest the House can vote on the Senate’s changes is Monday. Seeing opportunity to leverage Pretti’s death politically the list of Democrat demands for Homeland Security funding includes restricting ICE’s operations, new use-of-force mandates (read not being able to fire unless fired upon) and search warrants for ICE to detain illegal immigrants. To be clear, this is not an option. These demands are designed for the average boob who doesn’t know things but votes anyway. On the surface, it might sound reasonable enough to request an arrest warrant for an ICE arrest. After all that’s what has to happen with American citizens anyway? And that’s the starting point for the larger point. 1) These are illegal immigrants. They aren’t entitled to the same rights as American citizens. 2) Almost all lack documentation for being able to process a warrant (other than some nonsense they might have received with a court date on it as a bogus asylum seeker under the Biden administration for example. 3) As we’ve seen activist local judges have proven to be all about anarchy. We’ve even had judges convicted for hiding illegal immigrants in their court rooms from ICE’s authority. There’s no way that even if it were plausible to process a warrant for an illegal immigrant that activist local judges would ever issue them. What’s more, illegals detained while in proximity to the criminal illegal immigrants with warrants, wouldn’t be able to be touched by authorities kneecapping ICE’s ability to leverage actual detentions and deportations for self deportations. And Democrats know all of this. This is what congressional Democrats want in 2026. As many criminal illegal immigrants in your community as they can possibly pack into your community. They don’t care about crimes committed on you and members of your community. They don’t care about the cost of all of this to our country. All they care about is the belief that illegal immigrants packed into communities today equals Democrat voters tomorrow. Shutdown or no shutdown congressional Democrats must not have their way with DHS and with ICE. It’s not an option.
