10 More Days, The IOC vs. The Homosexual Alphabet & Paid Parking – Top 3 Takeaways – March 27th, 2026
Takeaway #1: 10 more days?
Saturday night we had this from the POTUS... If Iran doesn’t FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST ONE FIRST! Monday morning brought about this update... I AM PLEASED TO REPORT THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND THE COUNTRY OF IRAN, HAVE HAD, OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS, VERY GOOD AND PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS REGARDING A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RESOLUTION OF OUR HOSTILITIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST. BASED ON THE TENOR AND TONE OF THESE IN DEPTH, DETAILED, AND CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS, WHICH WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, I HAVE INSTRUCTED THE DEPARTMENT OF WAR TO POSTPONE ANY AND ALL MILITARY STRIKES AGAINST IRANIAN POWER PLANTS AND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR A FIVE DAY PERIOD, SUBJECT TO THE SUCCESS OF THE ONGOING MEETINGS AND DISCUSSIONS. And then just after 4 yesterday there was this... As per Iranian Government request, please let this statement serve to represent that I am pausing the period of Energy Plant destruction by 10 Days to Monday, April 6, 2026, at 8 P.M., Eastern Time. Talks are ongoing and, despite erroneous statements to the contrary by the Fake News Media, and others, they are going very well. Thank you for your attention to this matter! As for what’s happened, as of yesterday, Operation Epic Fury had produced: 16,500 targets struck in Iran, while in total, Iran had launched 4,868 attacks with 73 total targets hit – or only 1.5%.
Takeaway #2: God still doesn’t make mistakes
No, the IOC, didn’t recognize God yesterday, however the IOC did recognize creation (and science) yesterday. As the Olympic Committee announced: Eligibility for any female category event at the Olympic Games or any other IOC event, including individual and team sports, is now limited to biological females, determined on the basis of a one‑time SRY gene screening. It’s still absurd on its face that a ruling like this ever needed to take place...but because we live in a time where the combination of an absence of Judeo-Christian values in society, combined with mental illness, and Marxist philosophy created the homosexual alphabet alongside of political correctness...here we are. Because this just in... There are only two genders because there are only two sexes. And no matter how much mutilation or chemical compounding you do – scientifically you’re still who you were born to be. God doesn’t make mistakes and no homosexual alphabeter is a mistake. They’ve just been misled. But it’s better late than never to acknowledge the mistakes society has made. The IOC is a nice start but there are still taxpayer funded child mutilations taking place in the United States. In fact, there are an average of 55 new “gender-affirming” surgeries taking place every day in the United States. The people involved with denying God and facilitating these abominations are likely to have quiet the reckoning one day.
Takeaways #3: This Just in... No one wants to pay to park
Yesterday the news hit that City Place’s longest operating restaurant, an original business to the development, City Cellar, would be closing down May 24th, along with its sister restaurant Barrio. The Palm Beach Post picked up on the story through what’s known as a WARN notice, or the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, which requires a minimum of 60 days' notice for certain business closures or mass layoffs (defined as 50 employees or more). As was noted by the Post, a WARN notice doesn’t require an explanation – just disclosure – so there wasn’t one offered up in the story. But let me finish this story and let it serve as but the latest wake up call for municipal government officials who don’t get it. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY TO PARK. But more than not wanting to pay to park, people will simply choose not to park or patronize businesses that force them to have to pony up their hard-earned money before they ever step into a business. To put a finer point on this topic, because as always there are two sides to stories and one side to facts, consider this. An Economics of Transportation study entitled “Do parking fees affect retail sales?” published in Science Direct found that the implementation of a parking fee as small as 50 cents decreased traffic to a business by...30% And that’s not surprising because a study conducted by ParkMobile found...88% of drivers try to avoid paid parking, it impacts the decision making of 75% of drivers, with the most recent study showing 53% of consumers now avoid businesses altogether if they have to pay to park. Yet what have leftist fools who run many cities, like West Palm Beach decided to do? Not only to impose paid parking, but to expand it, and to raise the rates of it overtime! This isn’t a complicated concept. When you tax something what do you get? Less of it. This is the leading reason why people flee blue states for red states. With the potential exception of paid parking at beaches, which is a bit of different type of conversation, when officials think they’re raising revenue by charging for parking, what they’re doing is losing revenue by destroying local businesses and discouraging others from coming to vacant locations. It’s no surprise that during a time in which affordability is a top concern for just about everyone, the oldest business in City Place is vacating its space – in addition to abandoning its other restaurant in City Place too. Over 150 jobs lost and the local economic impact they brought to the community, the tax revenue lost, two more vacancies that are going to be extremely hard to try to fill, and that could take years. But will the City of West Palm Beach think twice about its parking meters? Not until voters start voting for different types of politicians. But this of course goes for cities that make life more difficult for businesses all throughout South Florida’s communities. This just in...no one wants to pay to park, and in the end what you get by making people pay for it, is less of it – which ultimately means less revenue for cities to spend.
